THE JUMPSTARTFIT LIFESTYLE WORKSHOP

WHAT IS THE LIFESTYLE WORKSHOP:- As a collective human race, our first priority has always been Survival. Everything that we do for our species is keeping in mind only one direction and that is Forward. Our collective consciousness is in effect Progressive.

Having said the above, automatically our Health, physical, emotional or mental takes the highest priority. In the past people believed in “being in sync with the universe” which led to a more relaxed and productive environment to live in as compared to Now, where everything is controlled by Time. As a consequence lives have become more stressful, hectic, less productive and actually have led to a scenario where health is seen to deteriorate faster.

The Lifestyle workshop focuses on some simple but effective techniques which help us to “slow down” . It consists of various small sessions like:

  • 1. Meditation.
  • 2. Breathing exercise benefits.
  • 3. Breathing and digestion.
  • 4. Breathing and Sleep connection.
  • 5. Breathing and Gut health.
  • 6. How much exercise is beneficial and what kinds of workout help different people.
  • 7. How does sleep help in recovery?
  • 8. Importance of one of the five elements (water).
  • 9. Q & A session to address doubts in relation to medical conditions like acidity, cholesterol, blood sugar, etc. Which are not diseases but symptoms of deeper ailments which can be cured even without medication. Treatment by a doctor simply puts one on medication to relieve the symptoms but usually does not address the underlying cause.

The workshop emphasizes on the need and importance of learning “ to stay in the moment” and fully enjoy that moment instead of Multi-tasking as popular trends insist.
